Lymph massage for cellulite
I went for a lymph drainage massage the other day and learned a handy tip or two from the therapist. She works with breast cancer patients who have had lymph glands removed,so she knows her stuff. Lymph massage helps to drain away toxins that have built up in the body, and stimulates the lymph nodes to do their job.
Natural skin care ingredients do the job
The therapist recommended adding cumin and fennel seed to my juniper berry body oil (which I mixed myself by adding juniper oil to an almond oil base). The juniper berry is a diuretic which helps whisk away the retained water from the area, while the cumin and fennel seed aid the circulation, boosting the blood supply to problem areas and carrying away the toxins that cause the bumpy pockets of fat to look so bad. This mixture will also work for water retention.

Application
Massage the mixture onto the problem areas of your skin daily, using upward sweeping motions. Feel the gentle warming action as it stimulates your circulation!
