Shipping and Costs

Ikigai offers several options for delivery, depending on how quickly you wish to receive your order and where you want it to be shipped. The full cost of your order, including postage, is calculated at checkout depending on which delivery option you choose.

Within Australia

Free Shipping Over $149

All orders for delivery within Australia and totalling over $149, qualify for free shipping via regular post.

Australia Post Regular

If you choose Australia Post regular your items will arrive within 7 - 10 working days. We charge a flat rate of $8.95 for regular postage.

Australia Post Express

Express Post deliveries will arrive within 5 working days and your parcel can always be tracked. It is at the discretion of the Australia Post contractor whether they will leave your delivery at your home if you are out. We charge a flat rate of $11.95 for Express postage.

International Shipping

Ikigai offers international shipping via Australia Post Express or Registered post only, and you may choose either option at checkout.

We do not offer regular post on international shipments because they so often go astray. Items take 7 - 10 working days to arrive. Our rates are as follows:

International shipments of products totalling $0 - $50 = $45 postage
International shipments of products totalling $50 - $150 = $65 postage
International shipments of products totalling $150 - $300 = $95 postage
International shipments of products totalling $300 - $500 = $120 postage.
International shipments of products totalling more than $500 - priced individually and charged accordingly.

If for any reason the items you choose are not available immediately, we will inform you of this and provide an estimated delivery date should you choose to proceed with the order.

In the very unlikely event that we cannot fulfil an order once it has been placed, we will issue a full refund for the unavailable products.
